課程服務條款 Terms of Service for Lessons

一、課程服務條例 Course Service Information

  1. 課程類型 Lesson Types
    提供私人課程,包含:

    • 成人課程

    • 專屬兒童課程(5–8 歲)

    Private lessons are available in the following categories:

    • Adult Lessons

    • Specialized Ski Lessons for Children Aged 5–8

  2. 課程提供方式 Lesson Format
    提供全天或半天滑雪課程:

    • 全天課程:09:00–15:00,共 6 小時,其中包含 1 小時午休,上課時間 5 小時,並可依學生體力彈性調整。

    • 半天課程:09:00–12:00 或 13:00–16:00,總計 3 小時。
      Full-day or half-day ski lessons are available:

    • Full-day: 09:00–15:00 (6 hours in total, including a 1-hour lunch break; 5 hours of instruction, adjustable based on student stamina).

    • Half-day: 09:00–12:00 or 13:00–16:00 (3 hours total).

  3. 可預約時間 Booking Period
    課程可預約期間為 每年 12 月 13 日至隔年 4 月 30 日,實際時間依雪場開放日與結束日調整。
    Lessons are available for booking from December 13 to April 30 each year, subject to the actual opening and closing dates of the ski resorts.

  4. 地點 Location
    課程於以下指定雪場進行:

    • 北海道留壽都滑雪場 (Rusutsu, Hokkaido)

    • 長野白馬滑雪場 (Hakuba, Nagano)
      Lessons are conducted at the following designated ski resorts:

    • Rusutsu Ski Resort, Hokkaido

    • Hakuba Ski Resort, Nagano

  5. 課程內容 Course Overview
    課程依照學員程度與需求安排,從初學入門到進階技巧,皆可提供專業指導。
    Lessons are tailored to the student’s level and goals, covering everything from beginner basics to advanced skills.

  6. 費用不包含 Not Included in Fees
    課程費用不含纜車票與裝備,學員需於上課前自行準備妥當。
    Lesson fees do not include lift tickets or equipment. Students must arrange these in advance.

二、課程注意事項 Course Notes

 

  1. 付款人/聯絡人/預訂人責任

    Responsibility of Payer / Contact Person / Booking Holder

    聯絡人、付款人與預訂人有義務事先將本校之網站條款、免責聲明及課程服務條款,完整告知組內所有參與者(含兒童及其父母或監護人),並確保所有成員均已理解並同意。
    若因未履行此告知及確認義務而產生任何爭議、糾紛或損失,主辦方(日初滑雪學校)不承擔任何責任。

    The contact person, payer, and booking holder are obligated to fully inform all participants (including children and their parents/guardians) of the website terms, disclaimers, and course service terms, and to ensure that all members understand and agree. In the event of any disputes, conflicts, or losses arising from the failure to fulfill this duty of notification and confirmation, Hinode Ski School shall not bear any responsibility.

  2. 取消與費用 Cancellation & Fees
    課程若因學員原因取消,相關費用將由付款人承擔。
    In case of cancellation by the student, any applicable fees will be charged to the payer (main contact).

  3. 訂單更改 Order Changes
    課程一經確認,如需更改日期或人數,請提前聯繫客服,將依實際情況協助處理。
    Once confirmed, requests to change lesson date or group size must be made in advance through customer service and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  4. 付款方式 Payment Method
    課程僅於收到訂金後方可確認與保留。尾款收取方式及付款時間將另行通知,學員需依通知完成付款。
    Lessons are confirmed and reserved only upon deposit payment. The remaining balance will be collected as notified, and students must complete the payment according to the instructions provided.

  5. 集合與準時 Meeting & Punctuality
    建議學員於課程開始前至少 10分鐘抵達指定集合地點,並完成裝備檢查與熱身。若因個人原因而導致課程延誤或缺席,恕不提供退款或補時。
    Students are advised to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the lesson, ready with equipment, proper clothing, and a valid lift ticket. If a student misses part of the lesson due to personal reasons, no refund or extra time will be provided.

  6. 安全裝備 Safety Equipment
    參與者必須全程佩戴合適的防護裝備,安全帽為必備。未符合此規範者將不得參與課程。
    Participants must wear appropriate protective gear at all times. Helmets are mandatory; without a helmet, participation is not permitted.

  7. 裝備租借 Equipment Rental
    不提供裝備租借服務,學員需自行安排課程所需裝備。
    Equipment rental is not provided. Students must arrange all necessary equipment prior to the lesson.

 

三、取消與退款政策 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. 取消與退款規則 Cancellation & Refund Rules

    課程開始之前 28 日以上取消:退還訂單金額的 90%。
    Cancellations made more than 28 days before the lesson start date: 90% refund of the order amount.

    課程開始 14–28 日內取消:退還訂單金額的 30%。
    Cancellations made between 14–28 days before the lesson start date: 30% refund of the order amount.

    課程開始之前 14 日內或當日未到:不予退款。
    Cancellations made within 14 days of the lesson start date or no-shows: No refund.

  2. 費用扣除 Deductions

    所有退款皆需扣除金流手續費與國際匯款費。
    All refunds are subject to transaction and remittance handling fees.

  3. 不可抗力因素 Force Majeure

    若因天候、交通中斷或其他不可抗力因素導致雪場全區纜車停駛,課程可全額退費或延期。
    In case of force majeure such as severe weather, transportation disruption, or other uncontrollable events resulting in complete lift closure at the ski resort, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  4. 出席與誠信 Attendance & No-Show

    未通知缺席將視為自動放棄課程,恕不退款。
    No-shows without notice will be treated as forfeited bookings and are non-refundable.

  5. 學員因素 Student Responsibility

    因學員身體不適或受傷導致取消,可憑醫師證明申請部分退費。
    Cancellations due to illness or injury may be eligible for partial refund with a valid medical certificate.

    課程當日如因遲到超過 15 分鐘未到,教練有權縮短或取消課程,恕不退費。
    If the student is more than 15 minutes late on the day of the lesson, the instructor reserves the right to shorten or cancel the lesson without refund.

    課程開始後中途退出者,恕不提供退款。
    No refund will be provided for early termination after the lesson has started.

  6. 教練安排 Instructor Arrangements

    若原指定教練因不可控因素(病假或緊急狀況返國等)無法授課,將提前通知並保留調度其他教練支援的權利。
    If the originally assigned instructor is unavailable due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., sick leave or emergency return), advance notice will be given and a substitute instructor will be arranged.

  7. 退款方式 Refund Method

    退款將依原付款方式退還,處理時間約 7–14 個工作天。
    Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
