*We offer snowboard and ski lessons from beginner to advanced levels, including custom sessions like park riding, freestyle, and carving drills.
人數限制 Group Size
- 私人課程1人開班，最多 5人。
- 兒童 1 對 1 課程，4–7 歲孩童 1 對 1 教學。
*Private lessons are designed for up to 4 people. Children aged 4–6 are recommended to take 1-on-1 lessons for safety and focus.
上課時間 Lesson Time
- 全天課程（Full Day）開始時間09:00–10:00/ 最晚結束時間16:00，含 1 小時午餐與休息時間（實際教學 5 小時）。
- 半天課程（Half Day）上午：09:00–12:00下午：13:00–16:00，適合短時段、分段安排的學習者。

• 課程提供中文、英文教學。Lessons available in Chinese and English.
• 費用不包含纜車票、裝備。Prices do not include lift tickets or equipment.
• 請於課程開始前10~15分鐘到達集合地點。Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your lesson.

＊課程開始14天內不退款。
Cancellations made within 14 days of the lesson start date are non-refundable.
＊課程開始14至28天內，退還訂金的30％。
Cancellations made between 14 to 21 days before the lesson start date will receive a 30% refund of the deposit.
＊課程開始28天前退訂金90%。
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the lesson start date will receive a 90% refund of the deposit.
＊所有退款皆需扣除金流手續費與匯費。
All refunds are subject to transaction and remittance handling fees.
＊若因天候、交通中斷、或其他不可抗力因素導致雪場全區纜車停駛，課程可全額退費或延期。
In case of force majeure such as severe weather, transportation disruption, or other uncontrollable events resulting in complete lift closure at the ski resort, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
＊未通知缺席將視為自動放棄課程，恕不退款。
No-shows without notice will be treated as forfeited bookings and are non-refundable.
＊若因學員身體不適或受傷導致取消，可憑醫師證明申請部分退費。Cancellations due to illness or injury may be eligible for partial refund with a valid medical certificate.
＊課程當日如因遲到超過15分鐘未到，教練有權縮短或取消課程，恕不退費。
If the student is more than 15 minutes late on the day of the lesson, the instructor reserves the right to shorten or cancel the lesson without refund.
＊課程開始後中途退出者，恕不提供退款。
No refund will be provided for early termination after the lesson has started.
